COOKIES

This Cookie Policy applies to any websites, branded pages on third-party platforms (such as Facebook), and applications accessed or used through such websites or third-party platforms (“NDH (Netto Design House) Sites”) that are operated by or on behalf of the NDH (Netto Design House) group of companies.

By using the NDH (Netto Design House) Sites, you are consenting to our use of cookies in accordance with this Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to our use of cookies in this way, you should set your browser setting accordingly or not use the NDH (Netto Design House) Sites. If you disable the cookies that we use, this may impact your user experience while on the NDH (Netto Design House) Sites.

The List below summarizes the different types of cookie we use on NDH (Netto Design House) Sites, together with their respective purpose and duration (i.e., how long each cookie will remain on your device).

What is in a cookie?

A cookie is a simple text file that is stored on your computer or mobile device by a website’s server, and only that server will be able to retrieve or read the contents of that cookie. Each cookie is unique to your web browser. It will contain some anonymous information, such as a unique identifier and the site name and some digits and numbers. It allows a website to remember things like your preferences for browsing that site.

What to do if you don’t want cookies to be set Some people find the idea of a website storing information on their computer or mobile device intrusive, particularly when this information is stored and used by a third party without them knowing. If you prefer, it is possible to block some or all cookies, or even to delete cookies that have already been set; but you need to be aware that you might lose some functions of that website.

• First Party Cookies

• Third Party Cookies

• Session Cookies

• Persistent Cookies

• Flash Cookies

• Cookies Used on NDH (Netto Design House) Sites

• First-Party Cookies

• First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting, and they can only be read by that site.

Third-Party Cookies

Third-party cookies are set by a different organization to the owner of the website you are visiting. For example, the website might use a third-party analytics company that sets their own cookie to perform this service (e.g., Google). The website you are visiting may also contain content embedded from a third-party site, and these sites may set their own cookies.

More significantly, a website might use a third-party advertising network to deliver targeted advertising on their website. These may also have the capability to track your browsing across different sites. NDH (Netto Design House) does not track your browsing after you leave the NDH (Netto Design House) site. We, our third-party service providers, advertisers, advertising networks and platforms, agencies, or our partners also may use cookies to manage and measure the performance of advertisements displayed on or delivered by or through the NDH (Netto Design House) networks and/or other networks or sites. This also helps us, our service providers and partners provide more relevant content and advertising.

We, our third-party service providers, advertisers, advertising networks and platforms, agencies or our partners may also use “web beacons” or clear .gifs, or similar technologies, which are small pieces of code placed on a web page to monitor the behavior and collect data about the visitors viewing a web page. For example, web beacons may be used to count the users who visit a web page or to deliver a cookie to the browser of a visitor viewing that page.

NDH (Netto Design House) sites may also include elements that set cookies on behalf of a third party (e.g., a “like” button from Facebook or a “tweet” button from Twitter).

We also use the services of reputable third parties to provide us with data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, and site analytics, as well as to assist with delivery of relevant marketing messages and advertisements. These third parties may view, edit or set their own cookies. We, our third-party service providers, advertisers, advertising networks and platforms, agencies and/or partners may also place web beacons for these third parties. The use of these technologies by these third parties is subject to their own privacy policies and is not covered by this privacy statement.

Session Cookies

Session Cookies are stored only temporarily during a browsing session and are deleted from the user’s device when the browser is closed.

Persistent Cookies This type of cookie is saved on your computer and is not deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies are used where we need to know who you are for more than one browsing session. For example, we use this type of cookie to store your preferences so that they are remembered for the next visit. You can delete a persistent cookie by selecting the delete options in your browsers.

Flash Cookies

Many websites use Adobe Flash Player to deliver video and game content to their users. Adobe uses its own cookies, which are not manageable through your browser settings but are used by the Flash Player for similar purposes, such as storing preferences or tracking users.

Flash Cookies work in a different way to web browser cookies (the cookie types listed above are all set via your browser). Rather than having individual cookies for particular jobs, a website is restricted to storing all data in one cookie. You can delete a flash cookie by searching your Adobe Flash directory.

Learn More About Our Ads

Advertisers may collect data about your online browsing activity and use it to show you targeted ads (a process known as “behavioral advertising”). Like other online ad networks, we use cookies, web beacons (also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs), and other technologies (collectively, “cookies”). Cookies enable us to learn about what ads you see, what ads you click, and other actions you take on our sites and other sites. This allows us to provide you with more useful and relevant ads. Modern Slavery Act 2015, NDH (Netto Design House slavery and human trafficking statement

INTRODUCTION

The NDH (Netto Design House) Code of Conduct underpins how all of our employees behave and we expect the same of our supply chain partners. We are proud of the steps we have taken to combat slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain and will continue to work hard to ensure that we maintain these high standards.

ORGANISATION’S STRUCTURE

NDH (Netto Design House) (“NDH (Netto Design House) UK”) is a member of the global NDH (Netto Design House) group providing Actionable Intelligence solutions across a range of market sectors enabling organizations of all sizes and across many industries to make more timely and effective decisions. Today, more than 10,000 organisations in 180 countries, including over 80 percent of the Fortune 100, use NDH (Netto Design House) solutions to improve enterprise performance and make the world a safer place.

OUR BUSINESS

Our business is organised into two business units: Customer Engagement Solutions (CES) and Security Intelligence Solutions (SIS). Our business units are predominantly software and services orientated selling mainly proprietary software solutions. Each of CES and SIS do sell some equipment which is either third party manufactured or manufactured and branded as NDH (Netto Design House) own goods although equipment sales make up a small proportion of total sales.

OUR SUPPLY CHAINS

Our supply chains include a range of vendors globally including professional service organisations and equipment suppliers.

OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or our supply chains or in any part of our business. The NDH (Netto Design House) Code of Conduct and Third Party Code of Conduct reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains:

© 2017 NDH (Netto Design House) , all rights reserved . 2

DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we ask all of our vendors to declare that they have reviewed, understood and will adhere to our Third Party Code of Conduct. In addition, our vendor management team conduct on-site reviews with relevant suppliers who undertake manufacturing on our behalf to ensure appropriate standards of treatment are in place for their workforce.

We have in place procedures to:

• Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains relevant to the Modern Slavery requirements.

• Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and our supply chains.

• Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.

• Protect employees and whistle blowers.

SUPPLIER ADHERENCE TO OUR VALUES

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values, we have in place a supply chain compliance program. All new vendors complete an onboarding process which requires the vendor to complete and sign a Vendor Addition Form which refers to compliance with NDH (Netto Design House)’s Third Party Code of Conduct which includes compliance with ethical employment controls and to the extent relevant local law on such matters.

We have a dedicated Modern Slavery compliance team, which consists of representatives from the following functions:

• Human resources

• Procurement

• Legal & Compliance

TRAINING

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff on an annual basis to uphold the NDH (Netto Design House) code of conduct. OUR EFFECTIVENESS IN COMBATING SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We seek to form business relationships with third parties which act responsibly and are prepared unequivocally to agree to comply with the NDH (Netto Design House) Third Party Code of Conduct. Following a review of the effectiveness of the steps we have taken this year to ensure that here is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains we intend to continue to monitor and build upon the processes we have already established.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes NDH (Netto Design House) UK’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st January 2017.

Lior Assaf, CEO ASSAF NETTO LTD. NDH (Netto Design House).
